and here we are

Dear reader,

Owning and growing a business is hard. Like really hard. But I often remind myself that if it was easy, everyone would do it. (Thanks League of Their Own for the life lesson.)

Here at Hello Big Idea, we’ve had our fair share of setbacks, mistakes, and plenty of bad days. Don’t let social media fool you. Remember, that’s a highlight reel. But the thing that makes Hello Big Idea great… the people. Hands down, the people. I’m lucky to surround myself every day with some of the most creative and talented humans I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

If you’re on your own journey as a future or current business owner, my advice to you is to embrace the journey. Cliche? Probably. But it’s true. Don’t get stuck in a spot where you forget to be in the season you’re in — even if that season is really hard.

Cheers to you for taking the risk!
