Great brands don’t need more content. they need more connection.

There's no shortage of content online. Your customers scroll past hundreds of videos every day. Product demos. Before-and-afters. Time lapses. Trends that will be forgotten by next Tuesday.

So the question isn't, "How do we make more content?"

It's, "How do we make content people actually care about?"

That's the challenge Inspired Closets Kansas City brought to us.

The Ask

Inspired Closets is known for designing custom organization solutions that make everyday life a little easier—from dream closets and pantries to garages, mudrooms, laundry rooms, and more.

Their craftsmanship speaks for itself.

But great craftsmanship only gets you so far if people never get to know the people behind it.

They didn't need content just to keep their social feeds active. They needed content that felt human.

Our Approach

Instead of focusing solely on finished spaces, we focused on the people who make those spaces possible.

Over two days of filming, our team created a library of short-form videos featuring:

  • Real customer stories

  • Real installations

  • Designers explaining their process

  • Installers showing the attention to detail behind every project

  • Behind-the-scenes moments inside the showroom

Because when someone is inviting a company into their home, they're not just buying custom storage. They're choosing people they trust. That's the story we wanted to tell.

Content With a Job to Do

Every piece of content should have a purpose.

  • Some videos are meant to build awareness.

  • Some answer common questions.

  • Some showcase expertise.

  • Some create trust by putting real faces behind the brand.

When you build content this way, you're building a library of assets that supports your business long after the cameras stop rolling. That's exactly what this project was designed to do.

The Takeaway

Great content isn't about chasing the algorithm. It gives people a reason to stop scrolling in the first place.

For Inspired Closets Kansas City, that meant putting the spotlight where it belonged. Not just on beautiful spaces, but on the people, process, and craftsmanship behind them.

Because when your brand feels human, your marketing works harder.
